Before my time at Molivate, I ventured around testing various fitness programs. I began bodybuilding and my own weight loss journey under the guidance of the great Moli Duy himself. Soon after, I spent several years learning functional movements through CrossFit. With a passion to learn more, I eventually found a new calling - Powerlifting. By adapting to the powerlifting program under the guidance of Liz Freel, I was able to obtain more strength than I could ever imagine.

Based on eight sessions per month

(thirty minutes of resistance training followed by thirty minutes of cardio)

Frequency of sessions can be increased as well




Tuesday – Friday (6am-12pm)
