Weight Loss and Lean Muscle Building

I have been an athlete for most of my life. I am currently a second degree black belt and hold many state and international titles in the sport of Tae Kwon Do. During my first pregnancy, I gained a lot of weight and for the first time in my life, felt out of shape and unhealthy. I worked very hard and was able to lose the weight that I had gained. I received a Bachelor's degree in Child Development with a specialization in early fetal brain development and was prepared to become a teacher. In 2011, I joined Crossfit and loved the feeling of community. I went on to compete in numerous weightlifting and Crossfit competitions. In 2016, under the guidance of Jennifer Worth, I began competing in numerous bodybuilding shows.  Eventually, I decided to follow my passion and obtained my Personal Training credential through the International Sports and Sciences Association. Outside of the gym, you can find me at a softball or soccer field, cheering on my kids.
