I am a personal trainer that graduated with my Master's in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. I aim to provide empathetic, collaborative support for those who want to become the best version of themselves by improving their health and body composition. I have physical therapy experience and I am actively powerlifting. I love to bring the best out of everybody that I see.

Based on eight sessions per month
(30 minutes of personal training twice a week)
Frequency of sessions can be increased as well
Monday – Thursday (6am-11am // 4pm-8pm)
