My journey started in 2007 when I was 45 pounds overweight.  YES 45 pounds - I was forced to take a picture with the family and at that point knew I had to do something about myself.  A friend introduced me to Power Tae Kickboxing and I enjoyed that which led me to weight training.  I started at M2 Fitness Pros as a client and quickly realized the changes in my body with weight training and incorporated the nutrition plan as well.   Within 4-6 months of intense training (and a lot of cardio) and of course nutrition plan as well as lifestyle modifications I started competing in Fitness/Figure NPC competitions winning a few titles I reached a National level.  During this time I became a certified trainer and did my internship at M2 Fitness Pros.  My journey led me back to the Lakewood area and I trained at Dynamic Body Solutions were I met Moli and have been Blessed now to be working with Moli and the amazing team of trainers at Molivate.

Based on eight sessions per month

(thirty minutes of resistance training followed by thirty minutes of cardio)

Frequency of sessions can be increased as well




Monday – Friday (4:30am-12pm)

Monday / Wednesday (4pm-7:30pm)
