Yen is a certified personal trainer who has competed and done great in multiple bikini competitions. She is highly motivated in helping others in reaching their potential and also breaking any mental barriers they may have. Yen is very technical and focused on corrective exercises, ensuring clients are not only educated but also safe throughout their training program. She helps break the stigma that lifting weights for women will make them bulky, but moreso, lifting weight actually helps shape and create a more lean athletic body.

Based on eight sessions per month
(thirty minutes of resistance training followed by thirty minutes of cardio)
Frequency of sessions can be increased as well
Monday – Thursday (6am-11am // 4pm-8pm)
