I'm a hard-working, dedicated mother of two and a wife. I got into fitness trying to lose weight, but ended up building a better and healthier lifestyle. After my second child, it became really difficult for me to lose weight. I had plateaued and my body was stuck at one weight until I decided to take my nutrition and my fitness to another level. I pushed myself harder than I had ever had before and changed my bad eating habits. This gave me a powerful feeling that I didn't have in years. If I can do this for myself, I know I can help anyone that is looking for the same result. The word CAN'T and IMPOSSIBLE are no longer an option because, yes, you can do it and, yes, it is possible.

Based on eight sessions per month

(thirty minutes of resistance training followed by thirty minutes of cardio)

Frequency of sessions can be increased as well




Monday and Wednesday (7am-11am) // (430pm-830pm)

Tuesday and Thursday (6am-11am) // (430pm-830pm
