My journey into fitness first started when I enrolled into the Molivate Gym almost two years ago. Prior to that, I have 7+ years experience as a registered respiratory therapist in the Emergency room, ICU, and pediatric hospital settings. I was trained by fellow Molivate trainer and friend Charlie Chawalimetha. He pushed and conditioned my strength and endurance to my absolute limits. It was then that I started to realize that this passion I had to bettering myself would later direct me towards a different career path. I realized that not only did I enjoy my own fitness progression, but I also in turn, became passionate on helping others reach their potential and fitness aspirations.

Based on eight sessions per month
(thirty minutes of resistance training followed by thirty minutes of cardio)
Frequency of sessions can be increased as well
Monday – Thursday (5am-11am // 4pm-8pm)
